我国现代农业示范园区综合评价

从山东半岛沿海地区选取青岛、威海和潍坊3个农业示范园作为研究对象，在采用模糊层次分析法（Fuzzy-AHP法）创建现代农业示范园的综合评价指标体系的基础上，对以上3个地区的不同园区的发展状况和管理状况等方面进行综合考评。通过对比分析发现，山东半岛沿海地区现代农业示范园区有的已进入农业现代化的发展阶段，有的还处在起步阶段，其建设和发展呈现不平衡的发展态势。推进现代农业示范园区的建设和发展，要依托现代农业产业技术体系，增强科技支撑能力；在加大对园区的政策性扶持的同时，注重园区自我发展能力的提升；通过农民培训体制机制的创新，提高园区引领和示范带动效果。

The Comprehensive Evaluation of Modern Agricultural Demonstration Gardens in China

Three agricultural demonstration gardens in Qingdao, Weihai and Weifang in the coastal areas in Shandong peninsula are chosen as the research objects, and the index system of comprehensive evaluation of modern agricultural demonstration gardens is designed using fuzzy AHP. On this basis, a comprehensive evaluation is made on the development situation and management situation of different agricultural demonstration gardens in the three cities. Through the comparative studies, it finds that the construction and development of the modern agricultural demonstration gardens in the coastal areas in Shandong peninsula present an unbalanced development trend. On the one hand, the development of each aspect in the gardens is not balanced; on the other hand, the index levels of the gardens with stronger abilities in hardware investment and scientific and technological support are higher. Some gardens have entered the developing stage of the agricultural modernization, while some others are still at the starting stage. The promotion of the construction and development of the modern agricultural demonstration gardens should depend on the modern agricultural industry technology system to enhance the capacity of scientific and technological support. The policy support to the gardens should be strengthened, and the gardens themselves should attach importance to the improvement of their self development abilities. Through the innovation of the farmer training mechanism, the leading and demonstration effect of the gardens should be enhanced.
