| 摘 要： | “红色旅游”近年来在国内旅游业中异军突起。开发红色旅游必须坚持科学的发展观,包括人本旅游观、特色旅游观、持续旅游观、合作旅游观、旅游体验观等。以河南省为例,探讨了红色旅游开发的模式和线路设计,并对河南省红色旅游的开发提出了初步的意见和建议。

| Abstract: | Tours of the historic sites in the communist revolution are becoming popular in China.Contains,characters and scientific development ideas of such tours were analyzed in the paper. Based on the theory of scientific development view, with the case of Henan Province,the exploiting models, tourist lines and countermeasures of developing the tours in Henan Province were put forward. |
