观光农业是城市化、工业化的产物 ,属于现代文明旅游的一种 ,体现出知识经济的成份。它的出现 ,拓展了旅游业的发展空间 ,对区域农业经济的发展具有很强的推动作用 ,具有广阔的发展前景。目前 ,旅游业的开发模式有 :观赏型、实践型和综合型等三种。观光农业的发展要求有良好的配套服务、强有力的经济后盾、独特的田园风光和原汁原味的乡土文化以及明确的产品市场。因此 ,在发展观光农业时 ,要科学规划 ,统一布局 ;发挥优势 ,把生态与文化结合起来 ;运用高科技 ,展示农业新成果 ;开发精品 ,融入乡土文化 ;多方融资 ,拓宽资金来源 ;广泛宣传 ,促进产品推销

Study on the Conditions and Countermeaser for Tourist-agriculture

Tourist agriculture is one motif of the modern tourism. It originated in Europe. It has become an important tourism pattern. In our country, although it began in the end of 1980s, it has developed at a great speed because of tourism agriculture being consonant with the development trend of modern tourism, the requirement of dwellers in city wanting to go to nature and the requirement of new economic. Tourism agriculture is a result of urbanization and industrialization. Tourism agriculture expands the space of tourism and takes the lead of the development of district agricultural economiy and possess broad developing prospects. There are three development modes for tourism,namely viewing and admiring, practicing and all around. The development of tourist agriculture demands the good complete service, the economic backing, the distinctive rurality and originally local culture and specific product and market. Therefore in the development of tourist agriculture,it requires the scientific planning, integrate distribution, elaborate advantage, combining the ecology with culture, using high tech to show the agricultural new achievement, financing in all round and so on.
