经济视角下的农村包围城市审视——基于1945~1949年的分析

农村包围城市,武装夺取政权,作为新民主主义革命的胜利之钥,不仅可以从军事、战略以及获取民心等角度来研究其内涵和意义,也可以把其置于经济的视野下去理解。抗日战争结束前,中国共产党在部分农村站稳了脚跟,但还谈不上形成包围之势。1945年后,中国共产党通过实施土地改革,巩固了在农村的地位;通过发展生产,保障供给,为孤立城市奠定了经济基础;通过实施货币战,稳定了金融秩序;通过限制贸易,给城市制造了巨大困难。这种经济上的包围,对于严重依赖乡村的城市来说,是致命的打击,是中国共产党最终夺取城市的重要原因。从经济角度审视农村包围城市的道路,可以丰富其内涵。

Economic perspective review of surrounding the cities from the countryside---Based on the analysis of 1945~1949

Surrounding cities from countryside and seizing power by armed forces are the keys to the victory of the CPC＇s new-democratic revolution,of which the connotation and significance can not only be studied from the military and strategic aspects and how to getting common feelings of people,but also be put in the vision of economic field to understand.Before the end of the Anti-Japanese War,the CPC had stood firm in some rural areas,but not yet formed a surrounding pattern.After 1945,the CPC cemented its position in the countryside through the implementation of land reform.The economic foundation to isolate cities was laid through developing production and ensuring supply;the financial order was stabilized through the implementation of currency war;and huge difficulties were created for cities by restricting trade.Such economic surroundings formed a fatal blow to cities that relied heavily on countryside,which proved an important reason for CPC to gain cities finally.Thus viewing the path of surrounding cities from countryside under economic perspective can enrich its connotation.
