| Abstract: | Based on the special properties of regional economic system as well as the complexity of operating nature,the paper discusses the applications of several efficient system theories and methods in the regional economic planning and development,for example,dissipative stnuture theory,synergetics theory,system dynanics and hall for workshop of meta-synthetic engineering.Its purpose is to provide systematic and scientific way of analysizing question and the effective basis of decision-making for the governmental officers. |
