An Exploration About the Benefit Arrangement of Agricultural Industrialized Organization

In the benefit arrangement of agricultural industrialized organization, the lower benefit, which the farmers got from the organization, not only has impact on the stabilization of the industrialized organization, but also contuses the enthusiasm of farmers investing in agriculture. This article deemed that the lower benefit of farmers was due to the government's excessive care to the enterprises?monopoly and the weakness of farmers and pointed out that the full market competition would be the real impetus to change the situation of benefit arrangement,and put forward some suggestions, such as felicitous government intervention,breaking the monopoly and developing new rural cooperation patterns.
