| Abstract: | Based on the wrrent situation of the conglomeration and reform of institutions of higher education,reflections are made on the conglomeration scale,essence,faeulty establishment,the downward shift of the administration,conception of running characteristic schools,cost management,vertical management and decentralited management systems ate,some constructive countermeasures are also put forward. |
