遵循规律，形成合力，创新高职教育新模式 ——以陕西高职教育现状为例

高等职业教育是高等教育重要的组成部分,对推动社会发展有极为重要的作用。近些年来陕西省高等职业教育发展迅速,院校体制、规模、师资力量、专业设置、办学条件等都得到很大提高,取得了显著成绩,但也存在着布局不均衡、同质化现象严重、适应性不强、投资力度不够等问题。针对高等职业教育的这种现状,进行了分析和探讨,并且提出了加快高等职业教育发展的有关对策。

Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education.It has a very important role in promoting social development.In recent years,higher vocational education has achieved rapid development and remarkable results in Shaanxi Province,but there are still some problems in higher vocational education.In this paper,analysis and discussion are made about the status of vocational education,and relevant countermeasures are put forward for accelerating its development.
