| 摘 要： | 期刊上网在促进信息交流的同时,也对学术期刊的发展带来了负面影响:使纸质期刊的发行量下降;学术期刊失去特色;软件不兼容造成的错误影响期刊的学术质量;学术失范行为和著作权纠纷也日益增多。学术期刊在上网时要注重整体效益的开发,通过编辑部自行上网的方法体现办刊特色,应用最新的排版软件保证期刊的学术质量,制订相应法律来规范作者的学术行为,保证学术期刊在信息化时代的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | While enhancing information exchange and dissemination, E-edition of academic periodicals in Internet brings about adverse effects to the development of periodicals,such as decrease of volumes of paper-form edition's distribution,diminishing of their characteristics,inconvenient reading caused by non-compatibility of different software,authors' abnormal acts in academic activity,and increase of dispute over copyright.In order to guarantee the sustainable development of periodicals in the information era,efforts should be made in overall development,protruding each periodical's own characteristics,adopting the latest software of composing,and making relevant laws to standardize the authors' act. |
