| 摘 要： | 农技推广组织缺位 ,实施主体单一等问题 ,严重影响了农业科技成果向生产力的转化 ,造成资源的巨大浪费。要彻底解决上述问题 ,我国必须尽快建立一个以市场为导向 ,以效益为核心 ,以政府为主体的多元化农技推广组织体系。具体为 :确立政府在农技推广体系中的主体地位 ;充分利用农业高等院校的智力资源和人力资源 ;建立一支以公司、企业为骨干的农业科技产业化队伍 ;加快发展民间和社会团体农技推广组织

| Abstract: | The absence of agricultural sci tech extention forms and the single actor seriously affected the transformation of achievements, which has led to the large waste of resources.In order to solve these problems, it is very necessary to build up a diverse system of agricultural sci tech extension, which must be market oriented,benefit centered and.To be precise, it means :establishing the key status of government; fully using the intelligence and personnel resources of the agricultural institutions of higher education;setting up a industrialized sci tech team which relys on enterprises;promoting the development of the social and civilian organizations of agricultural sci tech extension. |
