| 摘 要： | 陕西具有蔬菜产业发展的突出优势,但菜农的组织化程度和产后处理水平低限制了产业化的发展,只要抓住机遇,采取正确对策,围绕科技经济一体化,加大科技投入力度,蔬菜产业将成为陕西省新的支柱产业和农民增收新的亮点。

| Abstract: | Shaanxi Province possesses prominent advantages for vegetable industry development,but the low systematism extent of vegetable growers and low post-harvest level restrains its industrialization.As long as catching hold of opportunity and adopting correct countermeasures,putting science and technology and economy into integration,and increasing science and technology devotion degree, vegetable industry will turn into a new supporting industry in Shannxi Province and new bright spot for farmers gaining income. |
