| 摘 要： | 传统的＂资源——产品——污染排放＂的单向线形生产模式,以及以资源消耗型制造业为主的滞后产业结构,严重制约了中国经济的可持续发展,而作为直接影响着资源配置效率和产业素质高低的区域产业结构,就成为了新时期我国产业结构调整的重点和关键。以天津滨海新区为例,阐述了基于循环经济模式的产业结构优化方案,并在此基础上对全国各区域发展循环经济和进行产业结构调整提出了＂以循环经济理念指导工业生态化改造、三次产业间形成三产互动的良性体系、通过虚拟产业链的延伸和对接实现区位优势互补,加强区域合作＂等对策和建议。
