台湾休闲农业发展及其对大陆的启示

休闲农业在台湾发展较早．现已具有相当的规模。并取得了良好的社会、经济和生态效益，是台湾农业成功转型的范例。台湾休闲农业发展的成功经验主要表现在：（1）政府相关部门的大力推动;（2）健全的法制;（3）合理的规划布局;（4）经营理念的不断改进和创新。借鉴台湾成功的经验，大陆发展休闲农业应从以下几方面着眼。（1）发挥政府的扶持引导作用;（2）完善政策法规体系。实行规范化管理;（3）合理布局，解决品牌定位趋同化的问题;（4）完善休闲服务体系;（5）加强体验经济与休闲农业产品开发。

Successful Experiences of Taiwan's Leisure Agriculture and the Enlightenment to the Mainland

The leisure agriculture has developed since long ago in Taiwan,and now it has a suitable scale and has obtained good social,economical and ecological benefits.It is a typical example of the transition of Taiwan's agriculture.Four successful experiences of Taiwan's leisure agriculture are introduced,which are:(1)Government't constructive impetus.(2)Perfect legal system.(3)Reasonable plan layout.(4)Management ideas which are improved unceasingly.Based on these analysises,the following solutions for China's mainland's leisure agriculture have been proposed:(1)Make government's guidance function more efficient.(2)Consummate the system of policy and regulation,implement standardization management.(3)Play reasonable layout to avoid repeated development.(4)Improve leisure service system.(5)Strengthen the development of the experience economy and the leisure agriculture products.
