| 摘 要： | 论述了贫困文化的内涵、特征以及贫困文化的两种存在形式 ,分析了贫困文化滞后消亡所产生的贫困回归与贫困潜伏效应 ,指出必须充分认识文化扶贫的战略意义 ,从深度、广度、效度三个方面来进一步推进文化扶贫工作。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the meaning and characteristics of culture in straitened circumstances and two types of culture in straitened circumstances,and points out the domino effect of return and latency of poor living by culture lag.The author suggests that we need think highly of strategic position of giving aid to the poor through culture so as to give great impetus to helping to the poor through culture. |
