| 摘 要： | 中国农业高技术产业现有投融资体制存在投入总量和强度严重不足 ,投入结构不合理 ,资金多头管理、使用分散、使用效果差等问题 ,这主要是由中国目前投融资环境欠佳 ,缺乏适应农业高技术产业发展需求的投融资主体、投融资方式和农业高技术产品及其研究的某些特点所引起的。通过分析可得出传统投融资方式不宜作为中国农业高技术产业发展的主要手段 ;中国农业高技术产业的发展不仅缺乏资金 ,更缺少权益资本支持的结论。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly presents the problems and defects of the current financial accommodation and investment systems in chinese agricultural high tech industries, and analyzed the reasons for the problems.By analysis,the author believes the traditional financial investment and accommodation systems are not the main means to develop chinese agricultural high tech indusyries. |
