论中国农民的劳动价值及其贫困根源

中国农民贫困的制度性障碍是他们付出的许多劳动没有价值补偿,长期造成农民无偿地为国家工业化做贡献。改革开放以来,亿万农民工人的劳动价值即使有补偿,其标准也是极其低廉的。这使我们意识到,我国9亿农民的劳动价值既受到社会经济因素的影响,又受到政治制度和国家政策的制约。新时期的农民最大悲哀就在于,他们长年劳动却始终摆脱不掉贫困的厄运。因此必须重新确立马克思劳动价值论的科学理论指导地位,赋予农民享有平等就业和自由选择职业的权利,并享有获得合法劳动报酬和国民待遇的一切权利。这是《宪法》和《劳动法》赋予每一个公民平等的权利,也是解决新时期农民问题的根本途径。

On Chinese Farmers'Labor Value and the Origin of Their Poverty

Chinese farmers' poverty caused by institutional barriers leads to the fact that much of their labor cannot be compensated with respect to value, and that farmers make great unpaid contribution to the country for a long time. After the opening and reform policy, thousands of millions of farmers' labor is compensated at rather low level, if compensated. This makes us aware that nine hundred million of farmers' labor value is not only restricted with social and economic factors, but also confined by the political system and state policies.The farmers' greatest tragedy at the new stage is that they fail to eradicate poverty in spite of their long-term toil. As a result, the guiding status of scientific theory of Marx's labor value should be reestablished, farmers should be granted the equal right of employment and job choice as well as the right of enjoying legal income of labor and citizenship treatment. The series of equal right, granted to farmers by the Constitution and Law of Labor, is the primary route to solve the farmers' problems at the new stage.
