| 摘 要： | 农民专业合作社是农民专业合作组织主要类型之一，但人们对其认识不一。基于北京市房山区农民专业合作社发展的实践，提炼出农民专业合作社的五大功能系统：提升农民话语权，提高农民的综合素质，增强市场竞争力，促进农民增收致富以及推动农业产业化发展，并对农民专业合作社的组织属性进行了深入分析，找到其与农业龙头企业相比具有的七大属性差异。
