乡村振兴视域下农村基层治理法治化研究

农村基层治理法治化既是全面依法治国基本方略在农村基层社会治理层面的具体实践，也是支撑保障农业农村现代化、助力实现乡村振兴的应有之义和重要举措，其生成逻辑具有多重向度。农村基层治理法治化面临着经济基础薄弱、法律制度不健全、农民群体法治意识淡薄、司法资源供给不足等诸多障碍。应在全面推进乡村振兴战略的基础上，以权力规制、权利保障为核心，夯实农村基层治理法治化的制度基础，构建多元化解矛盾纠纷机制，加强农村基层法治人才队伍建设，强化农村基层法治理念培塑，籍以助推农村基层治理法治化向纵深发展。

Legalization of Rural Grassroots Governance From the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

The legalization of rural grassroots governance is not only the specific practice of the basic strategy of comprehensively ruling the country by law at the level of rural grassroots social governance,but also the due meaning and important measure to support and ensure agricultural and rural modernization and help realize rural revitalization.Its generation logic has multiple dimensions.The legalization of rural grassroots governance faces many obstacles,such as weak economic foundation,imperfect legal system,weak legal consciousness of farmers,insufficient supply of judicial resources and so on.On the basis of comprehensively promoting the strategy of rural revitalization,we should take power regulation and rights protection as the core,consolidate the institutional foundation of the legalization of rural grassroots governance,build a diversified mechanism to solve contradictions and disputes,strengthen the construction of rural grassroots legal talent team,and strengthen the training of rural grassroots legal governance,so as to promote the in depth development of the legalization of rural grassroots governance.
