| 摘 要： | 毛泽东、邓小平的宪法思想,都是中国马克思主义法制理论的宝贵财富。由于时代背景、指导思想等原因,两者既存在一致性:宪法原则一致,制宪方式一致;也具有不同点:对宪法的地位认识不同,对宪法的功能理解不同,保障宪法实施所采取的方式不同。

| Abstract: | MAO Ze-dong and DENG Xiao-ping's constitution ideology are all the valuable wealth of legal theory of Marxism in China.For the different time period and guiding ideology, MAO Ze-dong and DENG Xiao-ping's constitution ideologies have the consistence and differences. The samilarity is the principle and characteristics of making constitution. The differences are the situation, function of constitution and the way of ensuring enforcement of the constitution. |
