哈耶克贫富差距理论与中国和谐社会建设——一种政治哲学的视角

哈耶克主张,政府应当建立和完善最低收入保障制度,同时,他也极为重视教育、法律规则、传统以及非政府组织在缩小贫富差距过程中的作用。目前,我国社会总体上是和谐的。但是,也存在不少影响社会和谐的矛盾与问题,其中,最为突出地表现便是贫富差距过大,较为严重地影响着中国社会的和谐与稳定。在解决这一问题上,哈耶克的贫富差距理论具有重要的借鉴意义,特别是对我国当前社会主义和谐社会的建设也有着较大的参考价值。但是必须清醒地认识到哈耶克理论的阶级本质和意识形态特征,它在本质上代表着资产阶级和国际垄断资本的利益。因此,我们对哈耶克理论吸收和借鉴的同时,必须保持高度警惕,坚决维护国家主权,保障经济安全。

Hayek's Theory About the Gap Between Rich and Poor and Construction Harmonious Socialist Society——A Kind of Politics Philosophy Visual Angle

Hayek advocates that the government ought to establish the minimum income guarantee system, while, in the process of narrowing the gap between rich and poor, he attaches great importance to education, the rule of law, traditional and non-governmental organizations. At present, our society is generally harmonious. However, there are a lot of problems and contradictions which affect the harmony of the society. Among them, the most serious aspect is the gap in wealth is too large, which affects harmony and stability of China comparatively seriously. In addressing this issue, Hayek＇s theory about the gap between rich and poor has important reference, particularly for China＇s current building of harmonious society,it also has great reference value. However, it must be a clear understanding on the nature of Hayek＇s theory and the features of the ideology of it, which, in essence, represents the interests of the bourgeoisie and international monopoly capital. Therefore, as we absorb and learn from Hayek＇s theory, we must also maintain a high degree of vigilance, safeguard national sovereignty and protect economic security resolutely.
