成员异质性对农民专业合作社治理结构的影响——基于浙江省88家合作社的分析

农民专业合作社的成员异质性是指有别于传统合作社成员特征的成员之间的特征差异化,它的根本表现在于成员间基于基本特征的利益诉求差异。以社员入股额度为参考变量的成员异质性对合作社治理结构造成重大影响。浙江省88家合作社的数据和相关讨论表明,现阶段成员异质性是无法彻底消除的;不需要社员人人入股;不强求股东社员均衡持股,但要发挥好一人一票的民主管理机制;要确保理、监事会间的相对同质性,并促使理、监事会实现有效制衡。

The Member Heterogeneity Influence on Governance Structure of Farmer Cooperatives——Based on Analysis to 88 Farmer Cooperatives in Zhejiang Province

The member heterogeneity of farmer cooperatives means different attributes of member characteristics, which are unlike traditional cooperatives＇. The fundamental difference of member heterogeneity is the diversity of the members＇ appeal of interests; the member heterogeneity, which is measured as the amounts of the shares, has a great influence on the cooperatives＇ governance structure. The data of 88 farmer cooperatives in Zhejiang province and the related discussion show： The member heterogeneity can＇t completely eliminate at the present stage,There＇s no necessity for every member to become a shareholder; Do not expect the members to keep the halanced shares,but to give full play to the democracy mechanism of one-member-one-vote; Ensure the homogeneity between the council and the board of supervisors, and make the check and balance of council and the board of supervisors effectively.
