家族企业用人模式分析

摘    要:中国家族企业用人模式是一种“关系”模式。所谓关系模式,是指中国家族企业内部重视“关系”,其内部的运作不是植根于明确的规章制度和合理完善的机制,而是凭借企业所有者与企业其他内部成员的关系作为依据,表现为人际关系的差序格局和劳动契约的差序格局,企业主比较偏向于聘请跟他有特殊关系的人员。

Abstract:Chinese family business employee using mode is a "GuanXi" mode. "GuanXi" is very important in Chinese familybusiness,the daliy operating not based on the rules and regulations, but based on the relation between the family business owner and employees, epitomizing the pattern of difference sequence on relationship and work contract, the family business owner like using people who has special "GuanXi" with him.
