效益型畜牧业发展评价研究

在效益型畜牧业涵义辨析和对效益型畜牧业评价指标体系的目标、指导思想和影响因素分析的基础上，构建了包容“优质、高产、高效、生态、安全”效益观的效益型畜牧业评价指标体系；在结合专家调查的基础上，采用层次分析法确定效益型畜牧业评价指标体系中的权重并最终确定了评价模型；考虑到数据获得的实际情况，构建了实际测度指标体系；运用构建的评价指标体系及评价模型对黑龙江省“十五”期间效益型畜牧业发展情况进行了评价，得出结论：黑龙江省效益型畜牧业的发展呈逐步上升态势，发展畜牧业仍有巨大的空间。

Study on Assessment of the Development of Efficiency-benefit Type of Animal Husbandry

After many-year summing up of theory and exploration in practice, China＇s animal husbandry found its own path, the development of ＂high quality, high yield, high efficiency, ecology and safety＂, and the efficiency-benefit type of animal husbandry. The meaning of the efficiency-benefit type of animal husbandry is plentiful. First, based on the treat of the meaning of the efficiency - benefit type of animal husbandry and analysis of the target,the instructional thinking,influence factor,the evaluation index system is established of the efficiency-benefit type of animal husbandry which contains the notion of ＂high quality, high yield, high efficiency, ecology and safety＂; Then Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to defin the weighted value of each index and to,construct the comprehensive evaluation model of the efficiency-benefit type of animal husbandry; Finally, taking into account the actual situation of data,the using evaluation index system is established, in accordance with using evaluation index system and evaluation model to give quantitative assessment for the development of the efficiency-benefit type of animal husbandry in Heilongjiang Province and is is concluded that the development of the efficiency-benefit type of animal husbandry in Heilongjiang Province is in a trend of gradual rising and still has enormous space
