| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的不断深入、国际分工的日益加深,作为中国经济发展重要支撑力量之一的中小企业有了更多从事跨国经营的机会,但随之而来的经营风险也不容忽视。面对新的环境,中小企业如何在更大范围更深层次的国际竞争中,充分利用国内外资源,扩大海内外市场,提高自身整体实力已成为亟待解决的问题。在市场经济条件下,政府和中小企业本身都必须为此做出努力,制定正确、高效的跨国经营策略,共同为中国中小企业走向世界,实施跨国经营营造良好条件。

| Abstract: | Informatization is the key factor to accomplish the transformation from traditional logistics to modern logistics;it is also an important method to improve the core competition power of logistics enterprises.The paper first presented logistics information process flow and then analyzed the functional structure of modern logistics information system.It finally put forward an applied software system structure pattern for a typical modern logistics information system. |
