| 摘 要： | 实施政府主导型旅游发展战略是我国旅游发展的必然选择。但面对迅速发展的世界旅游市场和我国加入WTO之后的机遇和挑战,政府的主导行为日益显出其弊端。文章分析了政府主导型战略的产生以及在我国产生的必然性,对实施政府主导型旅游战略存在的问题进行了分析,并合理界定了政府在现代旅游产业发展中的角色。

| Abstract: | It is necessary for the sustainable development of nature reserves to develop tourism.But the nature reserves possess with public welfare, tourism development in nature reserves is a restricted and special activity. Because of the limitations of present regulation system, the nature resources have been or are being destroyed as a result of tourism development.Based on theoretical analysis of government regulation,the article sets forth main factors that restrict government regulation and puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting government regulation system to nature reserves. |
