不同模式农民合作社绩效的差异分析

根据所依托的部门，将农民合作社划分为农村能人主导型、政府管理部门引导型、农民自组织型以及企业组织主导型等4种不同的模式，并基于广东、安徽148家农民合作社的调查数据，衡量出不同模式的农民合作社的绩效，进而以农民合作社的绩效作为观测变量，以农民合作社的不同模式作为控制变量进行了单因素方差分析，结果表明：4种不同模式的农民合作社的绩效存在一些差异，其中，农村能人主导型、政府管理部门引导型以及农民自组织型的农民合作社的绩效显著地高于企业组织主导型，其余各模式之间的差异并未达到统计显著的程度。

Difference Analysis of Performance of Various Types of Farmers＇ Cooperatives——Based on a Survey of 148 Farmers＇ Cooperatives in Guangdong and Anhui Provinces

According to the departments on which farmers cooperatives depend, farmers＇ cooperatives are di- vided into 4 types, such as those dominated by rural able persons, guided by government, self-organized by farm- ers, and dominated by enterprises or organizations. And based on the survey data of 148 farmers,cooperatives in Guangdong and Anhui provinces, the performance of different types of cooperatives is measured out. Then one- way variance is done by regarding the performance as the observed variable and different types of farmers＇ coopera- tives as the control variable. The result shows： There exists difference of performance among 4 types, and the per- formance of the types dominated by rural able persons, guided by government and self-organized by farmers are significantly higher than that of the type dominated by enterprises or organizations, while the difference of per- formance among the first three types is not significant.
