村社空心化的形成及其治理逻辑——基于结构功能主义的分析范式

乡村社会能否有效运行与村社的内聚程度及其结构功能紧密相关。“村社空心化”即是在村社结构不能有机整合导致对应功能运转不畅所引发的乡村社会整体运转失序的一种状态。在结构功能主义的分析范式下，通过对不同历史时段的考察，认为现阶段“村社空心化”主要包含三个层面的表现形式：集体层面的“权威空心”、精英层面的“人才空心”、个人层面的“合作空心”。研究认为，“共同体”是应对村社“空心化”困境的一种有效路径，可以通过“村社共同体”的重塑和“城乡共同体”的建构，来消弭“村社空心化”的多重困境，维持乡村社会的秩序均衡。

Formation of Village Hollow and Logic of Its Governance --Based on the Structure and Function Paradigm

Whether rural society can effectively run is closely related to the degree of rural community and its structure and function. ＂Village hollow＂ is a state in which the structure of the village community is not organically integrated, leading to the corresponding dysfunctional running and disorder of rural society as a whole. In this paper, analysis is made of the structure and function paradigm by investigating different historical periods. It con- cludes that the ＂Village hollow＂ contains three manifestation levels, namely ＂authority hollow＂ in collective level, ＂talent hollow＂ in elite level and ＂cooperation hollow＂ in personal level. Studies suggest that ＂Community＂ is an effective path to cope with the ＂Village hollow＂. We can eliminate the multiple difficulties of the ＂Village hollow＂ by remodeling the ＂Village Community＂ and ＂Urban and Rural Community＂ construction to maintain the balance of rural social order.
