| 摘 要： | 目前,技术性贸易壁垒对国际贸易产生的影响越来越大。由严格而近乎苛刻的技术标准、检验检疫措施和名目繁多的包装、标志、卫生、环保等要求而形成的技术性贸易壁垒已严重影响了我国农产品的出口。对此,我们应采取提高农产品生产的集约化程度和产品质量,完善农产品质量标准体系、农产品质量检验体系、农产品质量认证体系,实施绿色营销,利用法律维护权利等应对措施,以打破技术性贸易壁垒,促进我国农产品的出口。

| Abstract: | At present,technical barriers to trade (TBT) have produced a great impact on international trade. Strict and harsh technical standard, inspection and guarantee measure, a multitude of items demands for packing,marking,sanitary and environmental protection have influenced our agricultural products export seriously. Therefore, we should take steps, to improve agriculture intensive degree, to improve products quality, to profect agricaltural products quality standard system and agricultural products quality inspection system as well as agricultural products quality attestation system, to carry out green marketing, to take advantage of laws and regulations, to uphold rights and break TBT,to promote our agricultural products export. |
