| 摘 要： | 信息网络化对高校科研管理工作带来了机遇和挑战。传统条件下科研管理存在诸多弊端 ,如科技计划管理的各个阶段已越来越不适应信息时代的发展 ,推广手段落后、信息渠道不畅造成高校科技成果转化率低 ,难以形成产业化 ,科研管理存在较大的随意性等。信息网络化对科技计划管理、科技成果转化、科研管理的规范化建设等均有极大的促进作用。适应信息网络化的要求 ,必须转变思想观念 ,尽快实现校园科研管理的网络化 ,高校科研管理人员信息能力的培养和科研管理的规范化建设

| Abstract: | Information networking brings the opportunities and challenges to university scientific research management.There are some malpractices in traditions,for example,S&T project management do not fit the development of information age any longer,the old measures and information channels cause the low ratios of S&T productions,and scientific research managemnet exist large random.Information networking gives many influences on S&T project management,S&T productions' translation and standard constructions of scientific research management.So we must change our concepts,realize the networking of scientific research management of school as soon as possible,pick up training the information abilities of university scientific research managers and increase standard constructions of scientific research management. |
