走资金技术密集型产业与劳动密集型产业并举的新型工业化道路

党的十六大提出我国走新型工业化道路,要正确处理发展资金技术密集型产业与发展劳动密集型产业的关系。这不仅符合工业化的一般规律,更是在充分考虑我国国情的基础上,对未来我国工业化道路产业发展的科学定位。在走资金技术密集型产业与劳动密集型产业并举的工业化道路过程中,要注意:正确处理发展劳动密集型产业与发展资金技术密集型产业的关系,并予以合理布局;不断提升劳动密集型产业的层次和结构高度;注意新兴与传统并举,多层次大力发展第三产业;发挥个体私营企业和小型企业的作用。

Taking the industrialization road of developing concurrently the capital and technology intensive industry and labor intensive industry

Taking the new road of industrialization in our country should handle the relationship between the capital and technology intensive industry and labor intensive industry.That not only accords with the general law of industrialization,but also is a scientific position of our nation's industrialization development based on our national condition.In the process of taking the new road of industrialization,the rational distribution of (capital) and technology intensive industry and labor intensive industry should be particularly took into consideration.At the same time,the level and structure of the labor intensive industry should be improved;the development of new industry should be accompanied with traditional one;major efforts should be devoted to the third industry;the effect of private enterprises and small enterprises should be brought into full play.
