南阳文化产业的发展理念与战略目标

发展文化产业,增强城市创新能力和核心竞争力,实现与周边城市的联动发展,是南阳今后发展的方向和重点。作为一个中国中部地区城市,如何顺应时代发展大潮,融入主流阵营,是南阳在新形势下建构发展理念首要关注的大问题。文化城市可以使南阳市扬长（即文化资源丰富、文化生态多元、文化辐射区域大等）避短（即经济发展落后、工业化程度不足、产业升级压力巨大等）,实现又好又快的跨越式发展。南阳地区文化产业发展起步较低,但在文化发展中不能＂穷过渡＂,摈弃缓慢过渡的发展思路,坚持跨越式发展的原则。尤其是借助各方资源优势,集思广益,参照世界区域文化发展的先进经验,超前规划,实现文化发展快速、高效、前沿性的发展。

To develop culture industry and enhance innovative capabilities and core competitiveness,and to achieve unified development with neighboring cities are the directions and emphasis of Nanyang＇s future development.As a city in the middle regions of China,Nanyang is faced with a primary issue of how to go with the tide of historical development and integrate with the mainstream trend.The concept of a culture city may let Nanyang make best use of the advantages（rich and diversified in cultural resources,great in culture radiation） and bypass the disadvantages（backward economic development,low level of industrialization,high pressure in industrial upgrading）,thus achieving rapid and healthy leap-forward-like development.The culture industry in Nanyang is relatively backward,yet leap-forward-like developmental principles should be adopted.Nanyang should learn from the advanced experience around the world and plan in advance to achieve rapid,high efficient and pioneering development.
