| 摘 要： | 民族国家是“资本主义时期典型的正常的国家形式”。民族国家建构包含五个方面不可或缺的要素：独立主权是前提要素、国家统一是核心要素、国族塑造是本质要素、中央集权政府是关键要素、民主取向是价值要素。民族国家的构建和巩固，关键是在获得独立主权的前提下，寻求和处理好“人民-国家-民族-政府”四种要素之间的平衡。

| Abstract: | T he nation-state is the ＂typical normal form of state in capitalist period＂ Its construction contains five essential elements ：the premise element of independent sovereign ;the core element of national unity ;the essential element of state-shaping ;the key element of centralized government ;the value element of democratic orientation .On the premise of independent sovereignty ,to seek and handle the balance among the four elements of ＂people-state-nation-government＂is the most important part in building and consolidating the nation-state . |
