利用外资振兴东北老工业基地的路径分析

改革开放以来，东北地区利用外资的规模、结构都有了很大发展。随着投资国家的逐渐增多，外商投资方式也呈多元化的发展趋势。因此，东北老工业基地的振兴必须走全面开放的新路子。将利用外资与自身的产业优势、区位和地理位置优势、资源优势和政策优势相结合，做到扩大引资区域，实现利用外资的多重目标，通过与跨国公司的高起点嫁接，全面提升投资环境，实现东北地区区域经济的繁荣，达到振兴东北老工业基地的最终目的。

Analysis on path of promoting old industrial bases in northeast China by using foreign capital

Since reform and opening up,northeast China has had a great development in respect of scale and structure of foreign capital utilization.Along with the gradually increasing of the investment countries,the pattern of foreign investment is also presenting diversified development trend.Therefore,new all-round opening path should be taken to proper northeast old industrial bases.Using foreign capital should be combined with industry advantages,location and geography advantages,resources advantages and policy advantages,enlarging absorption of foreign capital areas and realizing multiple goals of foreign capital utilization.Through a high starting point of graft with the multinational corporations,northeast old industrial bases should advance investment environment overall,realize the prosperity of northeast region and achieve the ultimate aim of prospering northeast old industrial bases.
