论核心员工隐性知识在制造业技术创新中的作用

摘    要:从核心员工视角通过归纳、演绎方法,得到核心员工隐性知识向显性知识和隐性知识转化的方法,并提出核心员工隐性知识在制造业团队中实现共享的路径,即力求组织结构扁平化、倡导核心员工自我奉献精神、营造核心员工受尊重的团队氛围、加强企业各部门核心员工的交流学习,以期为制造企业中的核心员工知识管理,以及构建企业内部知识共享路径提供新思路。

Abstract:From view of core staff,this paper got the way to transfer from the tacit knowledge of core staff to both of the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge by induction and deduction method,and realized the knowledge transfer and sharing mode in staff groups of manufacturing industry,i.e.striving for unified knowledge structure in groups,advocating core staff self-dedication,building the group atmosphere making the core staff respected,strengthening mutual communication and study among different groups or departments of the enterprise.So it may give helpful ideas to the knowledge management and the establishment of group internal knowledge sharing mode in manufacturing industry.
