| 摘 要： | 分析班轮企业联盟管理协同机制中不同机制之间的关系,研究班轮企业联盟的协同形成机制、协同竞争机制、协同运行机制和协同约束机制等管理协同机制的具体内涵和作用机制。结果表明,班轮运输企业联盟的管理协同机制相互影响和联系,共同发挥各自的功能和效应,共同决定了班轮运输联盟的协同发展。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the relationship among different management synergy mechanisms of the liner shipping enterprise alliance,and the concept and function of various management synergy mechanisms were studied,such as forming mechanism, competitive mechanism,operating mechanism and binding mechanism.The results show that management synergy mechanisms of the liner shipping enterprise alliance affect mutually,and link together to play their respective functions and effects,which decide the synergy development of liner shipping alliance. |
