| 摘 要： | 随着组织结构的扁平化，员工职业生涯中的层级高原现象将进一步加剧。为解决由此导致的员工工作积极性下降和组织效率低下问题，基于权力的视角，以权力模型为主要分析工具，从权力来源和权力需要两方面综合分析层级高原的形成机制，并在借鉴国内外人力资源管理理论和实践的基础上，提出基于权力来源、管理创新、组织文化重构和个体调试的应对策略。
