| Abstract: | Some fundamental changes have taken place in the modes of international labor division and production.The paper,based on the changed historical background and the improved Diamond Model theory,re-sorted out the elements responsible for the industrial competitiveness and put forward a new Pentagon Model and the corresponding dimensions of evaluation. |
