| 摘 要： | 现代企业自营物流是基于供应链物流管理以制造企业为核心的经营管理新概念。中国物流体系制度很不完善,企业把其物流业务外包给专业的第三方物流公司不是很好的解决办法,因此现在有许多生产型企业仍选择自营物流。通过对企业自营物流能力的构成及其影响因素的研究,使企业能够充分认识自营物流能力,了解自己物流活动中的优势及劣势,从而提高企业物流活动的绩效。

| Abstract: | Modern logistics enterprises are based on the supply chain logistics management regarding manufacturing enterprises as the core from view-point of the new management concept.Although China's logistics system is utterly imperfect,outsourcing enterprises' logistics operations to a professional third-party logistics companies is not a good solution.So now there are many production-oriented enterprises still choose selflogistics.This article researched on the structure of logistics and its impact factors,enabling enterprises to fully understand the self-logistics,and the advantages and disadvantages of their logistics activities,thereby to improve the performance of logistics activities. |
