| 摘 要： | 跨国公司在进行国际直接投资时通常使用领先于东道国既有水平的先进技术,跨国公司希望保有对技术的垄断,而东道国则希望技术溢出,双方构成一种博弈关系。技术溢出能否实现受到多种因素约束,东道国的产业政策设计就是要针对这些约束条件构建引致技术溢出的良性机制。

| Abstract: | Multinational corporations(MNCs) usually employ advanced technology under foreign direct investment in their host countries.There forms a game between MNCs and their host countries.For the interest of MNCs,they need to keep the technology under their control,and its spillover is what their host countries want.The industrial policy of the host countries seek to benefit from the technology spillover while there are restricted factors. |
