| 摘 要： | 在城市环境逐步得到改善的情况下,农村及农民已经成为环境污染的最大受害者,城乡环境公平问题日益凸显。探讨城乡环境不公导致农民生态权益缺失问题,从社会经济根源、社会意识根源、社会体制根源等方面分析农村环境公正缺失的成因,并提出提升农民生态权益、实现城乡环境公正的对策。
