| 摘 要： | 制度反腐是反腐败的治本之策。当前中国在制度反腐方面仍存在制度意识不强、制度存在缺陷、制度执行不力等突出问题,应加强制度意识,健全制度体系,强化制度执行,将党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争推向一个新高度。
