在当代生态环境危机日益严重的今天，重新审视马克思的自然观非常必要。对马克思从不同角度对自然概念所作出的表述进行概括，认为马克思的自然概念包含3个方面的基本含义：作为一切存在物总和的自然，作为人的环境的自然，作为人类活动要素的自然。并通过对马克思自然概念的历史考察，诠释马克思自然观的基本内容：人在自然界中具有双重地位，人与自然的发展是相互协调的发展，入与自然的关系和人与人的关系是内在统一的。
