| 摘 要： | 针对媒体侵害隐私权逐渐扩大的社会现实,结合英美判例法,对媒体侵害隐私权行为加以界定,并对其具体表现形式进行描述。通过分析媒体侵害隐私权行为的特点和区分原则,提出媒体侵害隐私权应当承担的法律责任,呼吁在将隐私权列入民法典的同时,应在媒体领域建立隐私权保护条例,以实现中国民法对隐私权保护的完善和补充。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the relationship between the media and the privacy,interpreting the necessary of protecting privacy right according to the law concerned,defining the acts of infringing privacy right by media and describing the material represents.Then the paper puts forward the responsibilities for infringing privacy right,which the media should assume by analyzing the features and defining principles of infringing acts.Appealing to add the privacy right to civil law,we suggest to construct privacy right protection regulations in media area,which could be the supplements and consummation to our civil law. |
