| 摘 要： | 中国传统城市社区发展模式是政府、居委会、居民三主体单向度的,存在居委会角色混淆、可持续发展不足、过程意义缺失等问题。为此,引入专业社会工作机构,以居民为核心建构四主体三维框架,在循环互动中促进社区的持续发展。
