摘    要:“明分”的组织构建思想是荀子具有代表性的管理思想之一。荀子为合理调节、满足人们的各种需求,以“长幼之差,贵贱之等,贤与不肖之别”为原则,构建了分工清晰、职责明确、管理有序的组织体系,使组织成员在其中各司其职、各得其所。中国现代组织管理实践中依然可见“明分”的思想影响。
