| Abstract: | The paper started with the current conditions of salary system in state-owned enterprise,analyzed the problems and reasons why it existed,and put forward some countermeasures on this basis,i.e.perfecting the pay decision system,defining the income distributing system,as well as improving and strengthening the bind of institution in the management of state-owned enterprises. |
