| 摘 要： | 航运业和造船业的发展离不开金融业的融资支持。当前世界经济进入调整时期，如何设置船舶融资担保体系以确保金融安全非常重要。除船舶抵押权外，银行还可选择信用担保、收益让与担保等辅助担保形式确保贷款的安全。

| Abstract: | It is impossible for the development of shipping industry and shipbuilding industry without the financing support of financial industry.Currently,the international economy is experiencing its depression phase.How to construct a mortgage model of ship financing to ensure the security of the loans is very important.Besides the mortgage of the ship,there are many other choices such as credit guarantee,alienation guarantee and so on,which can help to make the loans safer. |
