企业文化与员工心理资本契合影响因素分析

摘    要:在企业发展过程中,许多企业文化与员工实际脱节,不能达到企业文化的预期效果。基于对企业文化、员工心理资本、契合的界定及分析,引入企业文化与员工心理资本的契合影响因素作为中介变量,研究其结果变量,探讨企业文化与员工心理资本的契合关系,构建企业文化与员工心理资本契合过程模型。
