| 摘 要： | 小城镇零售业体系的建设是推动小城镇经济发展的重要力量。着重探讨了小城镇零售业发展过程中如何进行零售业态的选择。从零售业态的内涵出发,结合小城镇的业态发展状况,分析了小城镇零售业的业态需求,并对几种主要的零售业态的特点作了比较,在此基础上,结合零售业态结构的变化规律、评价零售业态先进性的标准以及小城镇居民的消费需求特征,提出了小城镇零售业态选择的指导原则。

| Abstract: | The construction of the small-sized cities and towns' (SCT) retail system is an important power to promote the economic development in SCT. Discusses how the SCT's retail industry chooses its format and how to develop the commercial circle's function. Begins with the essence of the retail format, according to the development state of the SCT' s retail format, analyzes the format demand of SCT and the features of some main retail formats. On this basis, in connection with the regular of change in the retail format's structure, evaluates the standard of the format' s advantage and the demand characteristics of the SCT and puts forward the supervisory principle's in choosing the format of SCT. |
