| 摘 要： | 树立全面的素质教育观是培养创新人才的根本。素质教育是一种旨在提高人的自身素质的教育运动。它把人的和谐而全面的发展放在第一位,并通过人的发展促进社会的发展。素质教育主张在充分发挥教师的主导作用下,培养学生的创新意识,发展学生的创造能力和社会适应能力。素质教育是培养创新人才的前提、基础和条件,是造就跨世纪创新人才的根本。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the spirit of nationality and the unceasing impetus for a country's flourish.The establishment of comprehensive quality-oriented education outlook is the essentials in training innovative talents. Quality-oriented education is education movement of improving human's own quality.It puts person's harmony and the comprehensive development on first,and promotes society's development through human's development.Quality-oriented education raises student's innovative consciousness and develops student's creative ability and social adaptiveness under teacher's leading role.Quality-oriented education is the foundation and the condition in training innovative talents.It is the essentials in accomplishing innovative talents. |
